The Aklin room accommodates up to 35 persons. It has a very special charm and affords an interesting view of Kolinplatz square. Traditional architectural style, wood panelling and farmhouse buffet as well as an eye-catching tile stove in the corner round off the ambience of this room.
Privat booking from 10 persons
The Erker room is ideal for smaller business and family events (up to 16 persons). Dark wood panelling, a farmhouse buffet and a traditional Keiser stove. The tiled stove is a true work of art featuring the four seasons and folk sayings.
The largest room is the Zunftstube (80 persons). This is where business people and regulars meet for a quick and tasty lunch. In addition to the à la carte menu, we also offer ten different set menus with ingredients fresh from the market.In the evening you enjoy Delicacies from kitchen and cellar with sight of the Zuger oldest part of the town.
Gregor Walker is your host and his brother-in-law Olivier Rossdeutsch, who is originally from Alsace, is the head chef. He is passionate about what he does and learnt the art of cooking at a young age. He has worked in upmarket establishments in the south of France and in Switzerland. Every day, Olivier Rossdeutsch finds inspiration in the historical ambience of restaurant Aklin. At the Aklin, it's not just skill but above all creativity that we use to magic up wonderful dishes that are imaginative, seasonal and original. Our charming service crew serves up treats from kitchen and cellar.
